For over 15 years in the technology industry — including 8+ years specializing in cyber risk, compliance and privacy governance — I've stood at the intersection of technology, governance and human trust, helping global enterprises convert regulatory complexity into operational clarity.

My journey began as a software developer at IIT Kanpur, building modules for the BRIHASPATI virtual classroom platform. From there I moved into project management at Sparx IT Solutions and HCL Infosystems, where I learned how rigor in delivery sets the foundation for everything that follows.

At IBM, I spent six years as an IT Risk and Security Manager — running InfoSec roadmaps, managing 50,000+ assets globally, and reducing critical vulnerabilities by 40%. I then joined Accenture as an Information Technology Security Specialist, advising 15+ business units on ISO 27001 and NESA compliance with a 98% audit success rate.

Today, as Principal Cyber Risk Analyst at UKG, I lead enterprise risk management — driving third-party risk reviews, executive risk dashboards, AI Governance (ISO 42001 AIMS) and AI/cloud vendor governance aligned with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR. I'm also pursuing a Post Graduate Certification in Business Analytics & AI from IIM Tiruchirappalli (2026–2027).
